At LuxUness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included and intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
